Banjevic says government decision on KAP sales by mid-March
PODGORICA - Podgorica aluminum complex KAP Board of Directors President Mihailo Banjevic expects the Montenegrin government will decide to invite tenders for sales of KAP in late February, or mid-March at the latest.
He said several renowned foreign firms are interested in this complex. "During the privatization process of KAP, we should insist on the buyer taking on the debts of the chief creditors - Vektra of Podgorica, Glencord of Switzerland, and Standard Bank of London, which currently amount to about 200 million dollars," he said in a statement published in the Podgorica daily Pobjeda.
