Introduction of fiscal cash registers from June 1
BELGRADE - The introduction of cash registers with a fiscal memory will begin on June 1, first for the catering and tourist industries, which will have to complete this task by Aug 31, Serbian Trade and Tourism Minister Slobodan Milosavljevic said on Wednesday.
Speaking at the presentation of the government decree on the obligatory registering of sales via fiscal cash registers, Milosavljevic said that from Sept 1 until October, these cash registers will be installed in video shops, beauty parlors, solariums, dry cleaners and similar services. From Oct 1, until the end of the year, fiscal cash registers will be installed in small companies, privately-owned shops, and on street and open market stalls.
