Contract on sale of Zdravlje takes effect
LESKOVAC - The contract on the sale of the Leskovac-based Zdravlje pharmaceutical industry to the Icelandic company Pharmaco took force on Wednesday.
Under the contract, signed on December 20, Iceland's Pharmaco bought 70 percent of Zdravlje's estimated capital at the amount of 3.5 million euros.
