In Serbia this year additional 150,000 unemployed
BELGRADE - In the second half of this year Serbia expects a serious social program as it will have to deal with, as a result of privatization, an additional 150,000 unemployed, United Professional Trade Union "Independence" president Branislav Canak said.
Canak, who was speaking at a press conference, said that privatization in Serbia is exclusively intended to fill the budget, and it is not at all reassuring that firms sold in this way will work more efficiently than now.
