TIV from Vranjska Banja gets new owner
VRANJSKA BANJA - Greek salesman Apostolos Mitinzi from Thessalonica has bought 70 percent of TIV textile industry in Vranjska Banja social capital at an auction bidding for 100,000 euros. TIV general manager Novica Stankovic told Tanjug that Mitenzis had been the company's business partner for several years, as well as that he had
bought various products from the company.
The "price at which TIV was sold represents just one fifth of the actual value of 500,000 euros, but Mitenzis had pledged himself to invest 380,000 euros for the
modernization of the factory, and assured us that no workers would be sacked this year."
