About 30 federal institutions going to history
Belgrade - Members of Constitutional Charter accepted the day before yesterday Proposal of law for implementation of the Constitutional Charter of the future union of Serbia and Montenegro. The proposal was accepted by majority of votes, 19 pro and 8 con.
All institutions of Serbia and Montenegro will be constituted within 30 days upon coming of the Charter into force. Federal Parliament, President, Government, Court and Constitutional Court will continue to perform their duties until constitution of new institutions. Yugoslav Army continues to perform its duties until its transformation into the Army of Serbia and Montenegro.
