IMF postpones another Board of Directors meeting because of Charter
BELGRADE - Due to a delay in the adoption of the Serbian-Montenegrin Constitutional Charter, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has postponed another meeting of its Board of Directors until early March, which signals problems in Serbia, National Bank of Yugoslavia (NBY) Governor Mladjan Dinkic said on Wednesday and added that according to Tuesday's information from Washington, the arrangement with the World Bank had been postponed.
"Serbian citizens are already feeling the negative consequences," Dinkic said and added that all postponements in the adoption of the Constitutional Charter resulted in delayed consequences.
