Official signing of contract on taking over of shares on Thursday
BELGRADE - The general director of the company PTT Srbija, Srdjan Blagojevic, told Tanjug on Tuesday that the contract on the purchase of 29 percent shares of Telecom Srbija would officially be signed on Thursday.
"According to the already prepared contract, PTT Serbia will become the owner of all Italia Telecom shares in Telecom Srbija with 195 million euros," Blagojevic set out. He noted that it was agreed that the Italians would write off at least 100 million euros, which Telecom Srbija owned for the transfer of know-how.
