Electronic court register of economic entities in Serbia
BELGRADE - Serbian Justice Minister Vladan Batic on Monday said the electronic court register of economic subjects should
contribute to the more efficient registration of companies and processing and exchange of data on legal entities, but also prevent the existence of so-called phantom companies.
Addressing a press conference at the Serbian government, Batic said Serbia's information system was developing in keeping with the law on the information system, the global information system, and the republic's professional and financial possibilities.
