'Majority of debt' repaid
BELGRADE Most debts accrued during rebuilding of the country in 1999 and 2000 have been repaid to construction companies, Serbia’s town planning minister said today.
Dragoslav Sumarac told media that at least a hundred million dinars (about 1.6 million euros) had been paid to three major companies and other debts had been entirely cleared.
He added that both construction companies and their employees were satisfied with progress so far.
