Arsic says payment operations in banks start well
BELGRADE - National Bank of Yugoslavia (NBY) Vice Governor Vesna Arsic said that payment operations in banks started extremely well on Monday.
She said that the NBY and commercial banks had passed the test of maturity, knowledge and ability, since payment operations had been handled by the state since 1945.
