Oil processing as before sanctions in Pancevo refinery
PANCEVO - The Pancevo oil refinery NIS-Rafinerija processed three million tons of crude oil and semi-manufactures last year, which is close to the results of 1990, when its production peaked before the period of sanctions, NIS-Rafinerija Director Savo Bogojevic told Tanjug on Friday.
"A good year is behind us, and the good production results are enhanced by good financial results and, as in 2001, profits. In the year 2002, we invested almost a billion dinars in the reconstruction and modernization of our plants, and the next four-year strategic development plan envisages investments of about 260 million dollars," Bogojevic explained.
