Montenegrin parliament adopts 431.45 ml euro budget for 2003
PODGORICA - Montenegrin parliament on Monday adopted the 2003 budget worth 431.45 million euros and amendments to the customs law and the law on additional value.
The budget was passed by 37 of the 38 MPs of the Democratic Party of Socialists and the Social Democratic Party, one MP was against, while opposition MPs again failed to attend the parliament session.
