PTT Serbia buys equity in Telekom - Deal of decade, Djindjic
BELGRADE - Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic announced on Sunday that an agreement has been signed on the taking over of all shares of the Italian partner in Telekom Serbia.
Representatives of the public company PTT Serbia have reached an agreement with the Italian partner on the purchase of 28 October of their shares in Telekom Serbia for 195 million euros.
