Serbian president’s term expires on Sunday
BELGRADE – Serbian President Milan Milutinovic’s term of office expires this Sunday, not on January 5 as generally believed, state media report today, quoting the Serbian
Election Commission.
According to the report, Milutinovic took his oath of office on December 29, 1997, and this is thus the date on which his five-year term began.
