PTT Serbia negotiates change of ownership structure of Mobtel, Telecom
BELGRADE - Public Enterprise of PTT traffic Serbia Manager General
Srdjan Blagojevic said on Thursday that intensive talks were being
held with Mobtel and Telecom shareholders on taking over part of
shares and defining new ownership in the two telecommunication
companies.
Speaking with reporters, Blagojevic said that PTT Serbia would try
to get the majority block of shares and to offer them for sale at
the international market next year.
