Subcommittee Still Without Agreement On Constitutional Law
Podgorica - The subcommittee for writing the constitutional charter did not make it today to coordinate the final text of the law about implementation of the charter. It will continue its work tomorrow at 11AM in Podgorica. A member of the constitutional committee, Igor Luksic, stated to journalists after the session that the session of the Constitutional Charter, planned for today, would most probably be postponed.
Luksic mentioned that only few uncoordinated issues remained. He précised those were the way of presentation of the future state at the international financial organizations, cessation of work of current federal institutions and coordination of obligations regarding property of FR Yugoslavia. Luksic expressed his belief the subcommittee would tomorrow succeed in coordinating the final text of the law on implementation of the constitutional charter.
