Political analysts and party leaders: expected failure of elections
Podgorica - Political analysts in Montenegro say that the failure of presidential elections in this Republic was expected. According to them the ruling coalition managed to keep the votes of its supporters. Voters of Albanian political parties gave their votes to the ruling coalition's candidate Filip Vujanovic.
Apart from boycott of elections by opposition parties the main reason for failure is obsolete election law that stipulates election census, analysts say.
The repeated voting is to take place in the middle of January next year and analysts think its failure, too should be expected.
