Experts for constitutional law suggested different platforms for new republican constitution
New territorial division of Serbia
Belgrade - Participants of yesterday's round table 'How to new constitution - various constitutional platforms' pointed out that Serbia as early as in November 2002 had faced itself with the issue of new republican constitution.
Belgrade center for human rights has made a proposal of new constitution of Serbia which in relation to present constitution stipulates numerous innovations such as parliamentary system of power, territorial division of Serbia and election of president at direct elections.
According to proposal made by Forum juries of Novi Sad it is necessary to take the stance of discontinuity in relation with the present Constitution.
