Disputes about implementation of the Constitutional Charter
Hard currency reserves and depositor towards IMF issues of dispute
Belgrade - As Bosko Ristic, co-president of the Commission for making of Constitutional Charter said for 'Blic' daily the Charter might be forwarded to all three parliaments for acceptance on Friday.
'Today we are going to try to clarify some disputable issues. The first such issue is who the fiscal agent and depositor towards international monetary institutions is going to be. Serbian delegation is suggested the National Bank of Serbia with current authorities of the National Bank of Yugoslavia being assigned to it. I am also expecting debate on hard currency reserves. Our suggestion is that division is made based on our participation in the national income', Ristic explains.
'members of Montenegrin delegation also suggest that all federal institutions except the Federal Government interrupt their work until the establishment of the Council of Ministers. We think that is not acceptable. Some institutions, even those that will be suspended, have to continue to work in this interim period', Ristic says.
