Final ownership structure of Mobtel is being determined
BELGRADE - The 2003 privatization plan includes funds that will be earned though the sale of Mobtel's state-owned part, the Serbian government said late on Thursday, reacting to some newspaper reports that the 2003
privatization plan includes the sale of the "alleged 'minority' block of Mobtel's shares."
The government's press department said that "activities are under way aimed at determining the final ownership structure of Mobtel, which should result in a precise determination of the state's share and relative shares of private owners in the company's ownership structure."
