Yugoslav trade in January-November amounts to 7.6 billion dollars
BELGRADE - In the January-November period, the value of the Yugoslav foreign trade reached the amount of 7.6 billion dollars, out of which imports amounted to 5.558 billion and exports to 2.42 billion dollars, Yugoslav Statistics Bureau assistant director Dragi Stojiljkovic said on Wednesday.
Addressing a news conference, he said that in comparison with the same period of 2001 these amounts represented a 25-percent increase on the side of import and 18.3-percent increase on the side of export. The country's foreign trade deficit amounts to 3.516 billion dollars.
