Vukcevic says participation in Serbian firms' privatization offered
MOSCOW - Oil Industry of Serbia (NIS) Manager General Dimitrije Vukcevic told Tanjug on Wednesday that during talks with Gazprom representatives our side had offered its Russian partner a concrete model for the repayment of the old debt for the gas delivered until 2000.
"We informed them about the possibilities for their participation in the privatization of the synthetic fertilizer plants in Pancevo and Subotica and the Methanol-Vinegar Complex (MSK) in Kikinda," Vukcevic said and added that the Serbian side had had the obligation to prepare an offer of concrete ways for the repayment of the 260-million-dollar debt.
