More funds for municipalities and cities, Djelic
BELGRADE - Serbian Finance Minister Bozidar Djelic said in the Serbian parliament building on Tuesday that a total of 67.3 billion dinars, or six percent
realistically more than in 2002, has been planned for financing the activities and functions of the municipalities and cities in 2003.
Djelic set out that the distribution of the funds to the local self-rule is not arbitrary, but is the result of certain criteria, with the aim of balancing regional development and securing solidarity.
