Everybody feeling tight when Serbian budget is concerned
Belgrade - The budget for 2003 accepted in Serbian Parliament last Friday is so tailored that all feel a little bit tight in it. Since the gray economy is still hardly smaller than the regular one, the taxpayers will be burdened more that the Government would like. On the other hand payments to budget consumers will be regular but hardly sufficient for surviving.
