Montenegrin government adopts draft 2003 budget
PODGORICA - The outgoing Montenegrin government on Thursday adopted the draft 2003 budget at the amount of 431,452,178 euros, which will also be reviewed by the new government, and will be finally adopted by parliament.
"A reduction of public consumption is planned as the main condition for the sustainability of the budget and the Montenegrin economy. During the drafting of the budget, we took care of the fiscal capacity and relations with international financial
organizations," Finance Minister Miroslav Ivanisevic told reporters after the government's session.
