Dinkic says domestic bank savings amount to 800 million euros
BELGRADE - The total amount of savings in domestic banks is still growing and currently amounts to about 800 million euros, National Bank of Yugoslavia Governor Mladjan Dinkic said on Wednesday.
Speaking at a news conference, Dinkic said that foreign currency savings in November alone increased by about 20 million, exceeding the amount of 738 million euros, and concluded that people's "confidence in banks savings is gradually restoring."
