World Bank approves 11 ml dlr credit to Yugoslavia
WASHINGTON - The World Bank has approved a credit worth 11 million dollars (8 million will be used for company restructuring and 3 for the banking system) to Yugoslavia to stimulate economic growth through different privatization projects, the bank has said.
The financial and technical assistance should enable the restructuring and privatization of investments banks, consulting companies, and most of the banks still under state control, the French news agency AFP said on Wednesday.
