Yugoslavia to join OECD in distant future
BELGRADE - In its report on Yugoslavia, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has said that the Yugoslav government has made significant progress in reforms, but that it could expect to become an OECD member in distant future, OECD Economic Department deputy head Andrew Dean told Tanjug late on Thursday.
The entire OECD report on Yugoslavia, published on November 13, was presented to the public, primarily interested businessmen, at the Yugoslav Bank for International Economic
Development (JUBMES) late on Thursday.
