BAT interested in buying Nis Tobacco Industry
NIS - Representatives of the British American Tobacco (BAT) multinational company on Thursday told Nis Mayor Goran Ciric that they were interested in taking part in a tender for the
privatization of the Nis Tobacco Industry (DIN).
BAT regional director Alexander Lioutyi said that the company was interested in selling the existing cigarette brands throughout the Balkans and that DIN and the city of Nis would be the
centers of this deal.
