Another attempt to sell Kovin sugar refinery to be made
BELGRADE - The Serbian Privatization Agency said late on Tuesday that Ahmad Al Maori Corporation, which had previously bought the Kovin sugar refinery, had lost this right after it failed to deposit 49,989,000 dinars and that it would take part in the renewed auction process.
The Privatization Agency said that on November 13, the sugar refinery had been sold to Ahmad Al Maori Corporation for 99,967,000 dinars, against a bank guarantee that the company would pay the entire amount.
