Krgovic announces compromise in payment system
PODGORICA - President of the Montenegrin Central Bank Council Ljubisa Krgovic believes that a step forward has been made in the payment operations with Serbia.
"We have proposed the initial payment operations to be carried out using correspondent accounts, which means that Montenegrin and Serbian banks would have both euro and dinar accounts, and the payment currency would be a matter of choice," Krgovic told the Podgorica daily Vijesti.
