Serbian industry to export cooking oil to Middle East
ZRENJANIN - The Zrenjanin-based Dijamant cooking oil industry output in the first ten months of this year reached a record 27.5 million liters, General Manager Savo Knezevic said Wednesday.
Presenting at a press conference the activities of his company, Knezevic said that Dijamant exports 70 of its products to Europe and is planning to reach other markets too. A contract has been signed at the end of last month with the Dubai-based Khamas International Group on exports to the United Arab Emirates, the Middle and the Far East, from which earnings between 4 and 6 million dollars are expected annually, Knezevic said.
