Annual industrial production rise 2.5 percent
BELGRADE - Industrial production in Yugoslavia will by the end of the year record a growth of about 2.5 percent compared to the previous year, the editor of the bulletin Monthly Analyses and Prognosis (MAP) Stojan Stamenkovic said on Tuesday.
Speaking at the promotion of the 100th issue of this bulletin, Stamenkovic said that the foreign currency reserves have increased much faster than envisaged by this year's economic policy and have reached 900 million dollars in the National Bank of Yugoslavia in the first nine months this year.
