Prva Iskra of Baric enters restructuring process
OBRENOVAC - The first restructuring phase started at the Prva Iskra factory of Baric, as a precondition for the
privatization of the enterprise, Acting Director General Miroslav Stanacevic told Tanjug.
"In the restructuring process, we will receive assistance from experts of the Roch Shilder consortium, who have already arrived in Prva Iskra," he said and added that the consortium had been chosen to be the consultant at the European Reconstruction Agency and Serbian
Privatization Agency tender.
