Hemofarm of Vrsac to become majority shareholder of Zorka Farm of Sabac
BELGRADE - The pharmaceutical company Hemofarm of Vrsac will become the majority
shareholder of the social capital of Zorka Farm of Sabac, Serbian Economy and Privatization Minister Aleksandar Vlahovic said on Friday.
Vlahovic told a press conference that the Committee for Tenders of the Privatization Agency today chose Hemofarm as the strategic partner of Zorka Farm since it offered 14.67 million euros for the purchase of 70 percent of the capital of the Sabac plant and 27.5 million euros for an investment program.
