According to Serbian Minister for privatization everything is going to be changed in the Law on privatization
Extension of deadline for free shares
Belgrade - Serbian Minister for privatization Aleksandar Vlahovic said yesterday that 18-month deadline for privatization of enterprises in which employees become owners of 30 percents of free shares, would be extended for one year.
This change would be entered by appropriate stipulation in the Law on privatization. The reason for this extension was, according to Vlahovic, 'lack of trust by enterprises in privatization at the beginning so that about six months were lost'.
