Zoran Djindjic says that he would "accept any candidate" for the office of the president of Serbia
Zoran Djindjic, Premier of Serbia, says that he would "accept any candidate" for the office of the president of Serbia, "provided elections are democratic." "Our aim is to have democratic elections, therefore anyone elected would be ok by us," Djindjic said in an interview for BK TV. He added that "the best days for Serbia are still to come." Provided economic reforms were continued, in two or three years time, Serbia would become a modern European state. Serbia should turn to future and began learning from its mistakes, not continue "lamenting" on them, Djindjic said.
