Greek Hellenic Petroleum to buy Jugopetrol from Kotor
PODGORICA - The tender commission of the Montenegrin Privatization Council on Wednesday decided in
favor of the offer received from the Greek Hellenic Petroleum oil company which had offered the amount of 101.5 million euros for the purchase of Jugopetrol from Kotor.
Along with 65 million euros which the Greek company offered for the control stock package, the Hellenic Petroleum also plans to invest another 35 million euros in the social programme and 1.5 million euros in the local management, manager of the Republic Restructuring of Economy Agency Branko Vujovic told the press after the opening of the offer.
