Slovenia's IMPOL purchases aluminum mill of Sevojno
UZICE - The PR Service of the Sevojno aluminum mill of that Serbian town said on Wednesday a sales contract was signed at the Republican Privatization Agency late Tuesday on sales of 70 percent of the company's capital to IMPOL of Slovenska Bistrica, Slovenia.
The contract, which was preceded by the coordination of all the details of the investment and social programs, was signed by representatives of the Privatization Agency, IMPOL, and the mill, which will be officially registered as IMPOL-Seval, Aluminum Rolling Mill a.d., Sevojno.
