Serbian government adopts draft law on donations
BELGRADE - The Serbian government on Thursday adopted a draft law on donations, which would regulate the sphere of donations with the aim of investing in sectors of general interests.
In order to enable the monitoring of donation inflow and prevent its abuse, the draft law defines who can receive donations, the subject of donation and envisages the setting up of a donations register, the government's press service said in a statement.
