Constitutional Charter specifies two customs, banking systems-Dinkic
BELGRADE - Yugoslav Central Bank Governor Mladjan Dinkic said late on Thursday that the adoption of the Constitutional Charter would mean a union of two states with two customs and banking systems which will be harmonized later on, and pointed out that being a governor he would do everything to protect the interests of Serbia.
Speaking for a Studion B TV programme, Dinkic pointed out that although the signing of the Constitutional Charter would surely follow, the charter would not even suit the European Union.
