Slovenians to acquire majority stake in Kontinental bank
NOVI SAD - The New Ljubljana Bank (NLB) is set to acquire from the state a majority stake in Kontinental bank, the bank's executive director in Novi Sad Aleksandar Dejanovic told Tanjug.
"I expect that consultations will soon start on it between the National Bank of Yugoslavia, NLB and Kontinental bank and that the Slovenian bank will by the end of the year become a majority owner, Dejanovic said.
