Labus expects more Greek banks, businessmen in Yugoslavia soon
ATHENS - Yugoslav Deputy Premier Miroljub Labus said in Athens on Tuesday that several Greek banks have announced their entry on the Yugoslav market, which implies the arrival of companies, industrialists, and businessmen from Greece, and an increase in foreign trade and investments in Serbia.
After talks with Greek businessmen, Labus told reporters two Greek banks were present on the Yugoslav market and that two others would arrive soon, which he said was a good sign. "I expect major investments from the private sector in the next few months, let alone years," labus said, summing up the results of these talks.
