Germany's Henkel to buy Merima of Krusevac
KRUSEVAC - The offer of Germany's Henkel to buy 70 percent of the capital of Merima of Krusevac for the sum of 14.4 million euros was accepted at a meeting of the tender commission at the Republican Privatization Agency on Tuesday.
The German giant, with an annual turnover of 12.8 billion euros, will also invest 100 million euros into the development of Merima over the next 10 years.
