Yugoslav central bank governor to present 5,000 dinar banknote Wednesday
BELGRADE - Yugoslav National (central) Bank Governor Mladjan Dinkic will present Wednesday the new 5,000 dinar banknote, the Bank's press service said Tuesday.
Dinkic announced the issue of the banknote several months ago, underlining this did not mean he expected high inflation but a practical measure to facilitate cash payments of high amounts.
