2002 inflation 15-17 percent, says NBJ Governor Dinkic
BELGRADE - Yugoslav National Bank (NBJ) Governor Mladjan Dinkic has said this year's inflation will not exceed 15-17 percent, which is much below the planned 20 percent.
"In spite of the July electricity price hikes, I expect average monthly price increases will remain at about 0.5 percent throughout the year, and that annual inflation will not be higher that 15-17 percent," Dinkic said in a interview published in the Belgrade daily Vecernje novosti on Thursday.
