Privatization agency rules against contract
BELGRADE – Serbia’s Privatization Agency has ruled against an investment contract between Podrum Palic and the British firm “Greenland.”
The agency ruled that the Share Fund, as the holder of 38 percent of shares in the Subotica-based company, had not been informed of the decision to increase basic capital.
Podrum Palic, it said, the contract made it possible for the interested party to buy only a minority share in the company. (Beta)
