Serbian minister says better times are coming for civil engineering
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Urban Development and Civil Engineering Dragoslav Sumarac said on Thursday that civil engineering should be the first branch to revive and stimulate other branches in the transition period.
The government has allocated one billion dinars from the Serbian budget for civil engineering this year, 800 million for the construction of flats and another 200 million for the reconstruction of facilities damaged in the bombing.
