EU proposes new 130-million-euro-worth assistance for Yugoslavia
BELGRADE - The European Commission has proposed the European parliament and the European Union Ministerial Council that Yugoslavia be granted an additional macro-financial assistance amounting to 130 million euros, 75 million of which would be represent a grant-in-aid, the Belgrade European Commission office said on Tuesday.
The statement also reminded of the fact that last week the commission had given a 45-million-euro-worth grant-in-aid to Yugoslavia.
